What it is
The Ferrari car rolled in sour sugar, with zesty lemon and lime underneath.

Where it comes from
A sour version of the Toms car, one of the spin offs that every successful Scandinavian sweet eventually gets. The classic is raspberry and has been sold in Sweden since 1984.
What it's made of
Sugar, glucose syrup and modified maize starch with gelatine, acids (lactic acid, citric acid, malic acid), flavouring and colours (copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins, curcumin).
