Razzy is one of those pick and mix sweets that is all about the bite. It comes from the S-Märke range, a big name behind the Swedish pick and mix wall.
A fine layer of sugar gives it a crisp edge as your teeth go through. Then the texture changes completely, turning soft and chewy in the middle, with a sweet, slightly tangy raspberry flavour. That contrast between the crisp outside and the tender inside is what makes it so hard to put down.
