Penguins

Every Christmas card has one on it, so it was only a matter of time before the sweet bowl did too. Penguins are soft jelly and foam sweets shaped like little upright penguins in a frosty pale blue and white, with a blackcurrant flavour that comes as a nice surprise from something that looks like it was carved out of ice.

They're made by Kingsway with no artificial colours or flavours. The blue comes from spirulina and the white side is soft foam, so the bite starts smooth and finishes fluffy. The blackcurrant is gentle and sweet, more cordial than cough sweet.

Line them up with Penguin Marshmallows for a whole colony, or scatter them through Snowflakes and Snowy Mix for a blue and white winter bowl.

Contains pork gelatine, so not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Comes in our 1kg Christmas Signature Pouch.

Express delivery is £5.99 for next working day delivery when you order before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. The Highlands and islands can take a little longer.

Sealed sweets can be returned unopened within 14 days.
