Mini Fruit Salad is the pineapple and raspberry flavour you know, shrunk down to a chewy gum the size of a fingernail. Firm at first, then softening as you chew, with that sharp pineapple hit followed by a sweeter raspberry finish. They're small, so you eat a lot of them.
Kingsway make these, and they're set on pea and potato starch rather than gelatine, which gives them a slightly denser, more toffee like chew than a gummy. The colours are curcumin for the yellow, carmine for the red and a green chlorophyll for the rest.
They belong next to the full size Fruit Salads and Fruit Salad Gummies for a comparison bag, or with Milk Bottles in a retro mix. Also the ideal filler for topping up a bag that's mostly big sweets.
Made without gelatine. May contain traces of cereals containing gluten.
Glucose syrup, sugar, modified starch (pea, potato), acids: E330, E270; coconut oil, flavourings, colours: E100, E120, E141; glazing agent: beeswax.
