The moment the red cups come out in November, everyone suddenly drinks gingerbread. Gingerbread Latte Fudge lets you skip the queue: a soft, creamy fudge with a gentle warming ginger flavour and a sweet vanilla latte note behind it, finished with a coating of white chocolate feathered with dark.
It's made on a traditional sweetened condensed milk recipe, so it's one of the richer, more melting fudges in the range. The ginger is the biscuit sort rather than the fresh root sort, warm rather than hot, which keeps it on the right side of pudding.
It belongs with Mince Pie Fudge and White Choc Cranberry Ripple Fudge in a Christmas tin, or with Cappuccino Fudge for a coffee shop box.
Made without gelatine, suitable for vegetarians. Contains milk and soya. May contain traces of tree nuts.
