Take the famous Scandi skull, make it out of soft, fluffy foam and give it a sour strawberry flavour. That is Foamy Strawberry Skulls.
The texture is the star: light and squashy, with a chew that is softer than any gummy. The strawberry is bright and fruity, with a sour edge that keeps it from being too sweet.
Pair them with Foamy Tropical Skulls for the matching set, or put them up against Bubs Big Sour Skulls and see which skull wins.
Sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, water, gelatine, acidity regulator (malic acid), flavouring, acidity regulator (lactic acid), colour (cochineal E120).
