How Reviews Work

Every review on this site is from someone who bought the product from us. The reviews app sends one email after delivery asking what you thought, and that's the only way a review gets on the site.

• We don't pay for reviews, offer discounts for good ones, or write our own
• We don't remove a review because it's negative. We remove reviews that are abusive, name individuals, contain personal details, are about something other than the product, or are clearly not from a customer
• Photos and videos in reviews are the customer's and are shown with their permission
• If a review points out a real problem we'll reply to it publicly and fix it
• The star rating on a product is the average of all its published reviews, nothing weighted
