Gift Card Terms
The short version
A gift card is a code you can spend on the site. Valid for 12 months from purchase, spend it in one go or over several orders, no cash out.
- Gift cards are sold in the amounts shown and delivered by email to you or straight to the recipient on the date you choose
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Anything unspent after that expires
- Spend it on anything on the site including delivery. It can be used across several orders until it's empty
- It can't be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to buy another gift card
- Treat the code like cash. If it's lost or shared we can't replace it, but if it was never delivered, tell us and we'll resend it
- Gift cards are not affected by discount codes and don't count toward a code's minimum spend
- If you return something bought with a gift card, the refund goes back onto the card
