Where it comes from
Sockerbitar, sugar lumps, are a Swedish favourite sold under the Malaco name, the Malmö company founded in 1934. They are a soft foam sweet with a little more chew than a British marshmallow.

Sugar, glucose syrup and invert sugar syrup with gelatine, vegetable oils (coconut, rapeseed), glazing agent (carnauba wax) and flavouring (including vanillin).
