What it is

Where it comes from
Gummy sea creatures have been a pick and mix staple for decades. Freeze drying makes them swell, which turns a chewy gummy into something closer to a crunchy cloud.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup and sugar set with gelatine, with sorbitol, citric acid and flavourings, given a shine with beeswax and carnauba wax and coloured with E133.
