What it is
A foamy sweet with a mixed fruit flavour, sweet and light with no single fruit dominating.
Taste
Where it comes from
Tutti frutti means all fruits in Italian and has been used as a confectionery and ice cream flavour since the nineteenth century. It is deliberately non specific, a blend rather than an imitation of any one fruit, which is why it tastes familiar without being placeable.
What it's made of
Sugar, glucose fructose syrup, cornstarch and water with malic acid, sodium citrate, potato protein and colours from caramel and curcumin.
