What it is
A small gummy dolphin in blue and white, soft and sweet, sold loose by weight.
Taste

Where it comes from
The dolphin is one of the most popular sea creature shapes in European confectionery, produced in several sizes. Small versions sell better in pick and mix because a handful looks more generous than a single large sweet.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and beef gelatine with citric acid, vegetable oil and titanium dioxide for the white, glazed with carnauba wax.
