What it is
A large gummy dinosaur moulded in three dimensions rather than flat, so it has depth and detail on every side.
Taste
Where it comes from
Three dimensional gummies are made in a different way from flat ones, using two moulds pressed together or a rotating mould, which allows detail all the way round. The technology arrived in the 2000s and made a whole category of large detailed novelty sweets possible.
What it's made of
Glucose syrup, sugar and gelatine with concentrated apple juice, glycerol and pectin, deposited into a three dimensional mould, dried and glazed with carnauba wax.
