Returns and Delivery Policy

1. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

2. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 14 days of the delivery date. To arrange a return, please contact us at info@candy4u.co.uk.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.


4. Faulty Goods

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


5. Cooling-Off Rights (UK Law & Distance Selling Regulations)

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days without reason.

  • Refunds include the cost of the product, excluding delivery (unless faulty).

  • Notify us at info@candy4u.co.uk to initiate cancellation.

Candy4u wants every candy experience to be perfect. If something goes wrong:

  1. Submit your complaint: Email info@candy4u.co.uk with order details and photos if applicable.

  2. Acknowledgement: We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 2 business days.

  3. Investigation & Resolution: We aim to resolve issues within 14 days, providing a replacement, refund, or alternative solution where appropriate.

If your complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, you may contact UK consumer protection services.
