We take great pride in creating your perfectly personalised sweet mix! Please take a moment to read our policy, which is designed to ensure the quality and uniqueness of every order.
The Non-Refundable Nature of Personalised Items
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel (the 14-day 'cooling-off' period) does not apply to goods that are:
1. Made to Your Specification or Clearly Personalised: Every Pic and Mix order is a bespoke creation, carefully selected and packed by you from our range of 500+ products. Once an order is confirmed, we immediately begin assembling your unique mix, making it a custom item that cannot be restocked or resold.
2. Likely to Deteriorate Quickly (Perishable Goods): As a food product, our confectionery is perishable.
For these reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the order has been placed or received.
We understand the excitement of receiving your sweets! While we cannot accept returns for change of mind, your satisfaction is our priority.
Damaged or Faulty Goods: If your order arrives damaged, is not as described, or is not of satisfactory quality, we will absolutely put it right. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide photographs of the issue, and we will arrange a prompt replacement or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Allergens & Dietary Information: It is the customer's responsibility to check the comprehensive allergen and ingredient information provided on our website before creating a mix. We cannot offer refunds for mixes selected by customers that contain ingredients they wish to avoid.
